Real Infused Exotics Premium Yuzu Puree

Reàl Yuzu is a yuzu purée-infused syrup for cafés and bars in Malaysia that want the bright, floral citrus of Japanese and Korean menus without sourcing fresh yuzu. Its flavour sits between lemon and grapefruit, with a fragrance all of its own.

• Made with Asian yuzu purée (never concentrated yuzu juice), other premium juices and pure cane sugar

Best for

Yuzu sodas, yuzu iced tea, yuzu lemonade, yuzu cheesecake and tarts, gin and highball cocktails.

Storage

Shake well before use. Store unopened bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, close the flip lid after each use; refrigerating keeps the flavour at its best. Use within the time shown on the label.
