Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Prices are as quoted by BLF and may change with prior written notice. All prices exclude SST where applicable.
2. Free delivery applies to orders above the minimum order value within Klang Valley. A delivery charge applies below this amount and outside Klang Valley.
3. Goods must be checked upon delivery. Shortages, damage or wrong items must be noted on the delivery order and reported to BLF within 24 hours. No claims will be accepted after this period.
4. Returns are accepted only with BLF’s prior approval. Goods must be unopened and in resaleable condition. Short-expiry and special-order products are non-returnable.
5. Credit accounts: payment is due within the approved credit terms from the invoice date. BLF may charge late-payment interest on overdue amounts, suspend supply, and recover all collection and legal costs from the customer.
6. BLF may review, reduce or withdraw any credit limit at any time.
7. Ownership of goods remains with BLF until full payment is received.
8. The customer must notify BLF in writing of any change in ownership, directors, address or contact persons.
9. Products must be stored as instructed on the label. BLF is not responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.
10. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Personal Data Protection Notice (PDPA 2010)
The personal data provided in this form will be used by BLF to open and manage your account, process orders, deliveries, invoices and e-Invoices, assess credit, recover debts, and send product, promotional and training updates. Data may be shared with BLF’s logistics partners, bankers, auditors, credit reporting agencies and the relevant authorities where required by law. You may request access to or correction of your data by contacting BLF.
