Why shelf life after opening matters for Malaysian cafés
A café that sells five strawberry smoothies a day may take weeks to finish a 1-litre bottle. If the purée must be used within 4 weeks of opening, part of the bottle can end up thrown away. A purée that keeps for 3 months once opened, without taking up fridge space, means less waste and a lower real cost per drink.

Is Finest Call better than Monin?

Unopened bottles are shelf-stable. Once opened, it keeps for 3 months unrefrigerated or 12 months refrigerated.
Can I use Finest Call in coffee and tea?
Yes. Fruit purées work well in iced teas, sodas and fruit lattes, and Reàl Vanilla and Hazelnut work in coffee.
